Lots of up, up, up.
Lots of down, down, down.
Lots of bends, after bends after bends.
All of this is happening over and through fabulous picturesque mountains and valleys, wandering down into friendly villages and towns, pulling up for coffee and to sample the local cuisine.
Stopping off at the village market to buy fresh, locally produced fruit, breads, salamis, cheeses and a bottle of wine.
Finding a place somewhere down the road with a view and indulge in the purchases, sitting back and letting the world pass by. Then back into it again, more bends, more up, more down and at the end of the day a refreshing beer or two followed by another great meal at a local restaurant.
Fabulous roads on good bikes, friendly travelling companions, stunning accommodation and great views. These are the memories I have of my ‘OZ Alps Experience’.
Thanks Cliff for a great time and I’ll be back for more.
